Local Gov IMS goes live at Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council

Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council has partnered with Tailwind Digital to provide payments and income management using Local Gov IMS. Now offering an intuitive payment portal, integrated with GOV.UK Pay, and comprehensive back office tools like inbuilt reporting with real-time income visibility.

Fast track implementation

With a need for speed and efficiency, we are pleased to have been able to deliver Newcastle-under-Lyme’s new income management and payment system in only two months. The council are using all the features of Local Gov IMS.
