Seb is a skilled project management professional specialising in digital transformation, with experience of co-ordinating at both the programme and project level. He is experienced in working  in partnership with a range of stakeholders including local authorities, HE, & third sector organisations. He possesses a broad skillset and knowledge base encompassing strategic project management, Agile software development, data analysis, and economic development.
